There is no such thing as talent

Indefinite commitment and constant practice to the exclusion of everything else is what makes an indistinguishable everyman into a world-class performer in any branch of human activity.

Agree/disagree?

It causes me great pain when somebody does not go into an academic field because they say they don't have the "talent" for it. I do not believe "talent" exists, at all.
