I'm getting intermitent and partial cloudy vision in one eye, can someone here at least give me a rough idea what's wrong before I go for a ridiculously expensive diagnosis with a doctor?

Parasitic worms? Whatever it is, it can't be good. quit being such a cheapwad and go see a doctor.
