Epistemology...?

Say I were to make the statement "You cannot be absolutely certain about anything." If true, it would mean that I cannot be certain about the statement. So a claim that seems to make sense to me, falls apart.

Another related claim, this time from strong agnosticism "It is impossible to have any knowledge of and god(s)". I don't see anything wrong with that right away, but upon closer inspection it seems that i am claiming that i know something about god, namely that it is impossible to know anything about it.

Tell me about all-encompassing statements that also refer to themselves, is there a way around it?

This doesn’t necessarily mean we have knowledge of god in making this claim, just knowledge of ourselves.
