Fap less, intense orgasms.. Worth it?

As all of you might know, if you fap every day or even more frequently, it just doesn't become very intense when you cum.  Do you prefer to fap everyday even when it becomes so ho hum or you save it up 2 or 3 days or even a week and let it all go in a very intense moment (but can only savor it occasionally)..

Just a poll here..  do you prefer to relieve yourself frequently or save it up couple days at a time to really enjoy it?

I find that pleasure for me has no real pattern. Sometimes fapping twice in two days will give a good orgasm on both occasions. Other times I don't fap for many days and my tank feels "full" but still it doesn't feel good. As a general rule I don't fap more than once a day.

Also it doesn't help that I work till late at night and after getting home and having dinner I just don't feel up to it. The worst feeling is when you are too horny to rest properly but too tired to fap.
