Is maths all about the formula?
If I memorize these formulas, will I do well in tests?

yes.
unless you're studying mathematics at a good university. then you'll have to memorize the formulae AND have a good idea of what's going on to get anywhere.

no no no, I think maths at any level requires concept and understanding stuff, you can't just put everything in formulas because it's not math then. there are concepts that you need to learn and understand, if you don't know how the formulas are derived you're bound to mess up the questions.

do u wan 2 be mathematician or dumb enginneer lol haiz ~~
But for the higher level stuff, you've really gotta understand the concepts behind everything and know how things are applied.

For now; I'm only talking about fractions/decimals/area/measurement etc. those kinds of basic things... cheers

Each year in school and subjects at college or university are based on previous years and/or subjects, so you only make the concepts in maths harder to grasp the longer you ignore the maths and try to memorise equations and techniques instead.
Learn the concepts and ideas in maths, they're far more important than anything else.

You need to learn how to use them and when to use them. You also need the intelligence to use them in conjunction with other formulas and there are too many combinations of this for you to memorise.

instead of learning the maths, develop an AI that is able to learn it instead, then take all the credit for the stuff it comes up with
