How does that prove that I'm wrong? There can be multiple cultures within a country, even within cities. Blacks living in the ghetto are surrounded by their "culture" (lulz) and that pretty much makes them who they are. Blacks raised with a culture that tells them otherwise (such as work hard, study hard, and strive to make yourself better) will do a lot better.
