Ontological Argument for the Existance of God

Name: Anonymous 2006-11-20 4:28

1. God is that than which nothing greater can be conceived.
2. It is greater to be necessary than not.
3. God must be necessary.
4. God exists

Logically speaking, God MUST exist. But what God actually IS, no one really knows. He can be energy, mass, or some sort of spiritual being. All of these three fulfill the description: cannot be created nor destroyed.

Because these days it's just COOL to be an atheist. I mean seriously, nobody wants to be associated with those crazy Christians.

People think the only reality is the reality through empirical explanation. That is not true. It is not logical, it is an error to think so. The world of physical science is that of empirically verified facts. But that is not the only reality.

You don't have to be Christian to believe in logic. If anything, logic destroys Christianity, believe it or not.
