infinity divided by infinity can be itself b/c infinity is a concept and therefor can be any number that is desiered and is consinuous. ex 1/0==infinity.
0 by itself is nothing. You can't divide nothing by nothing. You can divide nothing into something which is an infinite amount of nothing. Nothing fits into nothing no times.
