Canker sores

Wtf causes these horrible things? And what can I do to prevent them and make them heal faster?

I get one at least once a month, and it's goddamn annoying.

canker sores are caused by a baccteria that needs an acidic environment to live. It creates this environment in your mouth, and the adicic fluid burns a hole in your cheek (your canker sore). Put baking soda in your canker sore (rub it in). It's a base and will neutralize the acid causing all the baccteria to die. Your sore will go away in about 2 days if you do the baking soda at least twice a day
