No, you fail for this:
0.9999... - 1 = 0.0000...1
Where does that 1 come from if there's no end to the 9s?
0.999... - 1 = 0, but 0.000...1 doesn't have to be 0 (although it can be), depending on your axioms.

Also, you'd probably want to subtract 0.999... from 1 instead of the other way around.
