there's a lot of healthy stuff in urine. there's also a lot of stuff you don't want, acetone comes to mind as one of those but remember this, if there's something in your body that shouldn't be there, chances are its leaving through the urine and that can be anything from extra vitamins and minerals to acetone or toxic metabolites
