its not healthy in any form. just ask les stroud. your body consumes everything it can form all the fluids you drink, and you pee out all the stuff thats bad, or otherwise unusable by your body.
thats why in survival, you pee in a hole, and evaporate it into a cup. you cant just drink straight pee.
