Evolution is just theory, but it's same case with creationism. There is more evidence to support evolution. There is basically zero-evidence that supports creationism. Strange artifacts don't count, they are evidence against current evolution principle, but no evidence of creationism. Both views however are harmful to science when taken zealously. We should not take theories as truths.
