I'm going to try getting a few of the fat loser nerd programmers fired and convince my boss to hire women. That will make getting laid 10x easier. Any tips?

Report them for CP. If they're as nerdy and fat as you say, they'll at least have a few anime saved, which has got to be probable cause for an injunction. In the mean time, before they get exonerated (and probably even after that if it makes the news), they will be unemployable and you can have all the freebleeding sweet and sour pythonista feminist pussy you can possibly stand.

Note that this may backfire. Even if you don't get charged with perverting justice or what-not, you'll have to work with a bunch of whore. Arguably, success is worse than failure.
