So I just got contracted to fix problems in a project at a medium sized company. The entire team of ~25 Indians are using FTP to share the source, which is targeting Java 1.4 of course. They also have multiple versions of what looks like UML diagrams made in MS paint with no indication of which ones are actually used. The project manager, also a stinky curry nigger, couldn't even explain to me what this project is supposed to do. Or maybe he was just pissed that his boss hired a few new programmers to fix it because he's a fucking retard.
Overall, it's still a pretty job, but I bet I can get a year or so of work out of it.
