What subreddit is this?

I can tell it's self post only, but where are the FAQ and wiki? How do I change my flare? This place could really use with some love. And also moderators, or else SRS is going to flip their shit when they find this place and have it closed. Also, update the sidebar and header, this design looks like shit. It would also be helpful to stop replying to the OP for everything and use the threading capability.

reddit's way of threading reminds me the very old pre-phpbb (and pre-2ch and futaba) forums, it was proven kind of not very useful long ago
