Why do i get so frustrated at times when im coding shit?
It's like, i've been doing this retarded c++ assignment for days, and it still won't pass when i send it in to get it graded.
Maybe i shouldn't try to become a programmer, because this is just extremely stressful, and extremely unrewarding.

I'm going to assume your program suffered from many errors, causing it to take a long time to write. I suppose it's possible that your teacher is an ass, but if he was then you'd have realized that and you would be blaming him instead of yourself.
Assuming that: Don't stay up all night staring at your screen until your eyes start watering. Take regular breaks. If you try to program when you are frustrated then it will take 10 times as long to solve the inevitable bugs.
Usually if I get up and take a walk around the neighborhood then the solution just comes to me. Exercise stimulates your brain, and chances are you need more of it.
Still, bugs are an inevitable part of programming, so get used to them. The more you practice the better you will get at solving and avoiding them. Eventually you may learn a few best practices on how to write code that is less error-prone. Using a linting tool and adhering to its advice may help with this.
You may also want to start your own project. Think of something small-scale that you can reasonably finish and feel proud of. I always found my school's programming assignments to be very dry.

Depends how experience you are.
If you've only been programming for a year then it's not particularly uncommon
