give out hellbans instead of regular bans and give banned posters a lot of fake mistyped captcha errors

this will force shitposters to buy passses -> shitposters stop shitposting or they lose their pass

Not a bad idea. Would do wonders for /prog/.
The captcha part is broken though since they'd realise they were banned and just evade like they already do.

An idea that has always amused me is making it so banned people can only see or use a single board; a board that's only for banned people.
Let the trolls troll each other.
