Your favorite Touhou character does not exist.

When you die, you will not be going to Gensokyo or any other place. Your consciousness will be gone, and all those hours you have spent daydreaming about your favorite Touhou character and posting terrible threads on /prog/ will be for naught. If somebody does happen to remember who you were, they will remember you as nothing more than a leech who did not do anything productive with his live, both in the real world and on the Internet.

The worst part about it is not the fact that you did not accomplish anything, nor is it the fact that you didn't even try.

It's that whenever somebody did try, you stopped them.

Actually there is fair chance you end up in your favorite fictional setting on the astral plane if you believe it enough(playing Touhou however isn't enough,a detailed mental world and religion-level conviction is required).

No one actually dies. They're perception of time slows exponentially, so that for every second in the that they perceive world, only 1, [sup]1/[sub]2, [sup]1/[sub]4, [sup]1/[sub]5, [sup]1/[sub]16, ... of a second actually passes. For a person well trained in their religion, they can actually live out their afterlife within an infinite amount of time.
