btw idk what your problem with breathing manually is, you guys.
There's absolutely nothing disturbing in breathing manually for me, it's really relaxing actually. For example, I begin breathing manually when I can't fall asleep, then I either fall asleep or forget that I'm supposed to breathe manually.
