prog.boards.net has forced anonymity.
1. NOT possible to register any account
2. Names of guest default to anonymous and are possible to change only with external scripting.
3. All avatars/names/ranks/groups/etc are absent from threads.
The only thing i cannot remove is the captcha(and removing it via some hack would violate their TOS)
