tbh i dont know how to format and reinstall windows my best friend formated and installed windows or me idk what to do maybe i should ust let my computer connected for some hours, turn it on again and maybe it will wrk its really noisy when it turns on because im not using a stabilizer

put the HD in freezer in plastic bag (or it get wet when you put out) it will live for an hour or 2 after
and buy a new HD
it has happening to me when I let computer run all day in a very hot day
i can fix it for you where you live? (youre not from Romania, everybody know to fix computer in Romania)

to be v honest i dont know how to take the stuffes out of my computer its hard for me and i have never done that what if i broke something?
tbh idk im going to buy a new computer mine isnt that good lmao maplestory was crashing bcoz my screen is also burned bcoz im not using a stabilizer and my video card is not that good idek i just want my computer right now :(
