CVS, Subversion, GIT, Mercurial... I need to see and choose from them.
We are a small business creating websites and we have to implement some control version system.
Which could be better for this situation?
Also, which are easier to install and learn?

#2 does that really work in, like, serious production systems?
Do any of these have some graphical interface to commit changes so web developers don't get frightened?

They're both good.
SVN or Git would be my choices.

Forgot to mention Mecurial is also a great contender, if it was not for it being built in FIoC.

I personally prefer the Pastebin CVS.

The only other minus I have with GNU Bazaar is that it Has FIoC constructs.

Google Docs. You know what they say, "given enough eyeballs, all bugs are shallow". Well, with Google Docs, you have the eyes of Google employees, the NSA, marketers and advertisers all looking at your code.

Now all you need is a way for them to submit bug reports

It not like you posted this with something that even remotely has a FIoC wrapper…
