Why would it take that long? It's limited to numbers 0-255 (unless anon has a fancy system for longer numbers). I once tried to build one out of TTL chips and my estimation for speed was a few KHz. Multiplication/division algorithms would be roughly 1/2 second per operation at a conservative speed of 1 KHz. Doing RSA would take a few minutes, but if it's literally the only thing running on the CPU it wouldn't be ridiculously time consuming.
