do the Japanese use?

The Japanese can barely learn to write in their own language (because of all the contradictory and hieroglyphic writing systems). Learning a programming language on top of that is a feat few of them achieve. There are no more than 100 japs who program and most of them use Ruby.

They use C, C++, and Java like all the other dumb goyim.
Only Jews and fags can Lisp.

Does someone recall that link that has the basic touhou characters explain lisp in a comic? If you can find, props.
