hey guyss i started working in my touhou game porject im stuck makinng the menu of da game.. it shoulkd look like dis 1:

I don't know why that happens sometimes. The frame rate is most likely computed as the reciprocal of the frame time, explaining the fractional part. 60^-1 s/frame must be getting rounded to 0.016 s/frame anyhow. Still, I don't know this bug's conditions.
