He's also got a weird fixation with `debug' and `release' modes.   Maybe this is part of some language I don't know about*, but what the fuck?  Is he talking about the difference between -O0 and -O2 or something?  If so, just fucking say so!  He also takes the `everyone who disagrees with me and has valid points is in a tiny minority, so they can be ignored' argument, which strikes me as a cop-out.

* Or maybe he explains it later.  I quit once I saw he wasn't going to be as informative as the first two links
