Stupid Noob Questions

Noob here.

1. What's the difference between Dreamweaver, Ruby on Rails, and Notepad++? You can create and design websites with all, right? Also, which of those is easier to learn and use, and which is hardest?

2. What's the difference between HMTL, C#, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript and MySQL? It seems like "GMC, Toyota, Ford, Nissan." Don't you only really have to know one or maybe two? Sure, one might be better than the others, but can't you do the same thing with all of them?

Think about climbing a mountain, and all the different types of gear. There's a bunch of different clamps you can use. And rope, pulleys, and harnesses. You will need to use a variety of tools to get over the mountain. But with each tool, you have a choice of brand and style, which may emphasize different needs.

Think about making love to a woman. There's a bunch of different positions you can use. And fingering, dildoing, and licking. You will need to use a variety of different means to get her off. But with each night, you have to make a choice about which way to express your undying love for her.

Think about craving a cock. There's a bunch of ways you can crave it, sometimes very badly. And you found yourself running around outside, howling at the moon for it, literally ROARING at the top of your lungs, wanting nothing less than a dick's head churning against your glottal stop.

Your package manager should be managing the tools you need. It should be a matter of pacman -S xz

Yeah, I actually have it already, ran into a .tar.xz file just a few days ago and was like wtf do I do with this. It just riled me up since I don't see the need for yet another format.

Why don't read about why it is the ONLY format?:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LZMA2

If you need to make a silly encrypted archive, you are still welcome to use .7z.
