Is "Rossum" a Jewish surname?

I.e. Guido Rossum is Jewish and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emmy_Rossum is Jewish to. Image search also gives some Jan van Rossum (http://minus.com/lflzn1nWFHrUl), who doesn't look Aryan.

Rossum is the name of several villages in the Netherlands:

    Rossum (Overijssel)
    Rossum (Gelderland)
"van Rossum" means "from Rossum" or "of Rossum".
