Have you ever seen Google respond meaningfully to *any* YT issue here?
That "Videos not Buffering while Paused" thread is a classic example.
17 pages of people complaining about the same legitimate problem.
A workaround posted that doesn't actually work, and the thread has been closed as "answered".

Don't count on any help and don't make ANY OTHER TOPICS about this or they'll be marked as duplicates and closed. And then a "contributor" (supposedly a YouTuber with expertise..LMAO) will give you some BS advise but mostly kiss YT staff buttocks.
Just you know...be quiet until YouTube deigns to fix the bug and decides people are worthy of an update.

On top of Google not responding here, it definitely is a YouTube issue!
All my devices exhibit the same issues... stopping play before it has played fully.
On iMac w/FF and Safari, On PC with IE, Chrome and Opera and finally on a PS3 using the YouTube App.
It is a YouTube issue and needs addressed!
