best GUI library for C that
- works flawlessly on Windows
- compiles with gcc/MinGW at std=c11
- isn't WinAPI or anything remotely related

no, I don't want to use ncurses. no, I don't want to use another language. no, I don't want to use a different operating system. fuck you. this is a toy program, so I'm gonna do it on my own terms.

Oh yeah, sos ages since I've done any GUI work, those are just the ones I've heard being talked about. Not sure how well GKT+ works on windows. Although that definitely is C.
