Nuclear false flag here we come

You know how those 17 Airforce nuclear-launch officers were reprimanded and removed from duty due to "poor performance?"

It turns out they were actually Israeli-American dual citizens (the US armed forces even lets previous IDF soldiers join) and that they likely leaked nuclear launch codes to the Mossad.

The Associated Press story about how it was all down to "poor performance" and "rot within the ranks" was just a cover for the real serious situation we're now in.

Say the US [possibly via israel] launches a nuke at russia..
Russia responds as expected.. both sides suffer heavy losses (say just a city each.. that's enough, cities are big these days..)
Are the people who die any more or less innocent, depending on who [US or israel] launched the first nuke?
