I had my last nerdgasm when i saw our last project deployed on a farm of servers.
Also i had one when people actually filled a server running a custom made map i did for a old FPS.

that le feel when you have the files for a torrent and you are the only seed and tons of people are stuck at like 75.4% and you can seed at any speed you want and you are basically in control of those people and they must helplessly download from you

Sometimes I do vanity searches for various things I've done. eg: A program I wrote which is mildly popular and appears in various Linuxes' package managers. Sometimes I search for output strings from it and find forum posts where someone has made use of it, and even lecture slides from various universities where the professor describes using it to assist in the work.
It's nice to have influenced people, even in a very small way. Although really I'd like to do something much bigger :S But I have no ideas yet.

I had one when i saw a shitty perl script i made mentioned on some readme.txt's as "Tools used". The program is really shitty (version 1.0: first and last) and not really easy to use, but is still good to know someone find it useful.
