Another complaint is that the current justice system is still very punishment orientated.. there is little reward in being good aside not being punished.. and this seems to be the main real crime prevention measure when combined with police presence..
Kind of sends a message that they don't really care if you're not good, as long as your not bad.. Why not give people an incentive to be even better, aside not being punished? ^^
