My shitty game so far

Hey, /prog/, I'm making some sort of text based RPG in c++.
I just wanted to check with the masters before getting any deeper into the code, what do you guys think? Am I a terrible programmer? If so, what should I change / do instead? Thanks in advanced.

Hey OP, I made a pretty similar-looking RPG in java too when I started programming. It's just one file though:

Next step from there was trying to hack on a GUI for it.
I think that's about as far as I ever got.
