So, I have this super dry white stuff that seems ATTACHED to the inside of my foreskin and the head of my penis. Any idea what it is/how to remove it?

I wish I had a foreskin.

Well like I said in >>7, I don't think I have those. It looks a lot more like smegma than spots. I have some 'splotches' on the inside of my foreskin that seem to span well over a centimetre, whereas fordyce's spots apparently only span 1-3mm. Furthermore, that Wikipedia article notes that they may appear on the shaft of the penis or the scrotum; my splotches are on my glans-thingy and the inside of my foreskin.
