So, I have this super dry white stuff that seems ATTACHED to the inside of my foreskin and the head of my penis. Any idea what it is/how to remove it?

Okay, so I've tried baby oil twice, soaking for 10 minutes in warm water with baking soda, as well as various kinds of soaps. None of that seems to have any effect.

Well like I said in >>7, I don't think I have those. It looks a lot more like smegma than spots. I have some 'splotches' on the inside of my foreskin that seem to span well over a centimetre, whereas fordyce's spots apparently only span 1-3mm. Furthermore, that Wikipedia article notes that they may appear on the shaft of the penis or the scrotum; my splotches are on my glans-thingy and the inside of my foreskin.
