Need programming done please

Not sure which board is best for this, looking for someone to do some programming for me in C. Need it by 14rh April and I am willing to pay on completion.

I need a program in C to evaluate 2 poker card hands. It will read 2 lines of text input where each line of text represents one of 5 cards. The text input contains 2 character codes for each cards (4H 2D QH QD KS)
It needs to display a graphical representation of each card and the pokerhand, display a graphicl indication of the hand with a higher rank and display an error when the input is not supported by them program

That was the worst part of his description. I doubt that anyone in a beginners course would be asked to do anything graphical with pure C.
