why would one want to run python in powershell? instead of simply using powershell itself or the python GUI??

I'm just starting out reading "learn python the hard way", lel

(OP here) i would agree in the sense it says "go look online lsewhere for how to do this" in a lot of palces.... can some1 suggest a better starting resource??? any language
