By the way, in very patriarchal cultures of Caucasus women are casual cooks who prepare simple dishes and snacks while the bulk of most difficult work is traditionally performed by men: everything meat-related, delicate breadwork, sweets, thick soups. Maybe it has something to do with men being fucking smarter and more responsible. So much for setting a quota for women in high-paying positions with crushing responsibility while relieving them of that responsibility and leaving them with money and titles, like it happens in many companies nowadays.
