According to people like Adria, this group controls, oppresses and demeans everyone else of differing sexual, racial and gender.
I'm not sure what they really want- some strange mix between equality, and worshipping people who are ``underprivileged''.
In this case, the white males supposedly oppressed this woman by making jokes about dicks (which in her mind are about sex), and she wrongly concludes their talk of ``forking'' was about sex too.
Rather than admit she needs to get dick off the brain, she reacts as if they were oppressing her and ruining the event for her, as a female, by what they said. Which might be true- talking behind others is annoying, but she is not offended by them talking but by what was said.
Rather than admit her penis envy She calls it out as sexism, and the shitstorm begins.
