I have spent over 16 hours over the last 2 days relearning this garbage. I feel great now like I can do anything yet I have this unbridled hate for it. I can't really explain it but I want it gone yet I want to make something great with it.
If you want it gone but you like the concept, you could start using it, getting solid arguments for why it's flawed, start a small one-person committee and redefine the standard completely. Then you'd implement it and it'd be added to the /prog/'s Sexpr/Scheme browser!
