List all programming resources

Racket is Scheme and not Scheme, its obviously in the process of splitting from the Sussman's tongue with the immutable cons cell thing but its still Scheme syntax and 98% a superset of Scheme semantics (omitting set-car!/set-cdr!). Its not like its a newLISP or something.
