What is the name of C64 trick, used to double the number of colors by blending two separate frames and halving refresh rate?

They're children. You can ignore them. Sometimes they put in a bit more effort, but then they just end up being bad trolls.
Just focus on the regulars (the ones with the well-formed English). There's probably only about 5 of us though.
