It has to be rock solid and allow for no ambiguity. It only takes about 15 different functions and only a few callbacks to make a windows program so if you can't figure out when to use CreateWindow() instead of CreateWindowEx(), the go back to your linux shit and slave away so leeches can slap a GPL on your code while you starve.
