smoking weed everyday is bad for numerous reasons:
a) random drug tests at work + smoking everyday = you're fucked
b) increased tolerance, resulting in needing more
c) it becomes the norm, so it's not as special
d) smoking anything, no matter what it is, is not good for your lungs... I don't care if it's better than tobacco, smoke is still bad
e) constantly increased appetite leads to having a more difficult time maintaining your current weight (although I suppose if you're anorexic or underweight, then this is actually a really good thing)
smoking weed occasionally:
a) less expensive
b) less likely to have problems with drug tests... in fact, the best time to smoke is right after a drug test
c) lower tolerance means less weed to get you high as a kite
d) you appreciate it more because it happens less often, and the contrast between being stoned and sober is much more noticeable (just like how fapping feels better when you don't do it all the time)
e) less likely to get caught, because if your neighbor thinks they smell something odd once, they won't really care, but if they smell weed from your apartment every single day they'll notice and are more likely to take action
marijuana is nice, but as with everything, moderation is best
show the government that we are moderate, mature, responsible human beings and we can hope to have legalization sooner
one reason why it isn't legal in many places is because people fear that people will become lazy bums who sit around and smoke all day and don't do much else... if you can prove that people who smoke can still be very productive members of society, it will help our case
now, SICP, on the other hand, is something you should read everyday... everything except SICP in moderation... SICP is love, SICP is life
