I watched Rozen Maiden. But RM didn't quite got me, just because "Rozen" sounds too Jewish (and I think dollmaker Rozen IS the Jewish puppeteer behind all this) and I failed to associate myself with protagonist.

I love Princess Arete, because it has smart girl type protagonist.
