Abstract:
An universal class of files meant for the usage of disapproving communication across data streams. When in usage all forms of data streams must seize. Examples of its usage include, but are not limited to
1) messaging disapproval of a thread
2) suspension of activates that deem inappropriate of current activities
3) hack anus for who dare bump
