How do I prevent CCTV cameras from tracking me? LEDs?

Why are you concerned with CCTV cameras?  The video feed doesn't exit the establishment (``closed-circuit'') and the police needs a warrant to request it (and since you're such an upstanding citizen I'm sure they can find no probable cause against you).

A satellite can only track one person at a time, and I doubt the police has access to them.  So really this is about shady governmental organizations who don't ask for warrants anyway, and if they really want to follow you, they can just send someone to do so (which is probably cheaper than using a satellite).

its cheapass now with tracking devices. And wehn drones ans short orbit ones get replaced with lasers, there is no need for an agent.
