still no job offer, but moderator removed my photo, so I had to reupload it. Also, some Yandex Jew here, after seeing my homepage (http://vk.com/antisemitic), said that he will personally take care so that I'll never find a job in IT. What I'm doing rong?

But males are naturally apt at one things and females at another things.  Contesting this fact is like contesting that males usually have penes and females usually have vaginas, or that objects tend to fall onto the nearest celestial body.
I can't contest that because I don't have the necessary evidence (which would require a 30 year study over children raised in a gender-free environment).  What I'm saying is that whether or not the correlation (between biological sex and ${whatever}) exists is irrelevant to social policy, and such a correlation should not be used to justify discrimination.  Moreover, I don't see the point in glorifying such minor differences into the entire social bullshit of gender.

Now, the original question is whether gender is a social construct.  It's a social construct by definition.  Whatever statistical psychological and physical differences exist between males and females fall into, well, sexual differentiation.  Everything else, by definition, falls into gender.
